Straight answers
Can dealers pay by card online?
Not today. Dealers send an order request with their PO number, you send the acknowledgement and invoice on their terms (Net 30, Net 60 or prepaid), the way most wholesalers already work. If your customers need card checkout, tell us on the demo.
Will the AI agent say something wrong to my customer?
It answers only from what your team teaches it, and it is set up never to quote prices, approve a claim or promise a ship date. When it is not sure, it opens a case for a person. You can read every conversation.
My factory is in China. Will this work for them?
The file portal does not use Google, Dropbox or other services blocked in mainland China, and parts requests carry their labels in English and Chinese. We test uploads from your factory during setup before we call it done.
Who owns the catalog and the customer list?
You do. Export your products, orders and every email address to Excel any time. No commission, no lock-in: month-to-month after launch.
Do we have to replace our website?
No. RackFold can run your whole site, or sit next to your current one on a subdomain such as catalog.yourbrand.com.
How long does it take?
About 10 days from the day you send your spreadsheet. Most of that is us cleaning the catalog and setting up line sheets and the agent.
